3.1 Posting Advertisements: Users may post advertisements on the Platform subject to compliance with these Terms. Owl Ads reserves the right to review and remove any advertisements that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3.2 Accuracy of Advertisements: Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their advertisements. Owl Ads does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of the advertised products or services. Users are advised to exercise caution and use their own judgment when interacting with Advertisers and engaging in transactions.
3.3 Prohibited Content: Advertisements must not contain any content that is unlawful, deceptive, or violates any third-party rights. Owl Ads reserves the right to remove any advertisements that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of
Owl Ads or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of Owl Ads.
4.2 User Content: By posting or transmitting any content through the Platform, you grant Owl Ads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
